The flowers were received on time and were acceptable, but I asked in my comment to please include a pic or banner stating it was for a grandmother or from her Grandchildren… It was NOT included.. For that I will not use your store again!! Easy thing to make a customer happy who tipped well and doent a lot of money for the arrangement.. You COULD’VE done better!!!!!!!!!!! ---- Florist's Response: Hi Susan- we appreciate your business and Pride ourselves with over 30 years in Patchogue creating custom arrangements for our highly satisfied customers. Sometimes hiccups happen. The card was included in your arrangement stating who it was from. We apologize for not including a pic or banner in your arrangement as you requested. We do not have floral pics that relay that message. Scripting is an additional charge. Please consider using us again and call the shop to place your custom order so that we can make it right.
