Although the flowers were beautiful, I ordered lavender roses which were advertised on their site and they delivered red roses. I should have been told that the lavender roses were not available before they delivered them so I could decide what I would like to do. Pick a different color, cancel the order or pick a different flower altogether. Lavender is her favorite color which is why I choose them and red is her least favorite color. I would never had sent red roses. The fact that they weren't lavender and I didn't know that, made for a awkward moment when she called to thank me and I said I know you love lavender so I knew they would make you happy, and her reply was there beautiful but there red.
