I called Dales from out of state to send a sympathy arrangement this past weekend; let me assure you that Dales is the shop to always use! I am a retired floral designer so I really appreciated talking with Tonya , helpful, efficient and caring. The arrangement was beautiful, exactly what I had ordered and delivered on time.
